Cold storage machine unit is composed of compressor, condenser, evaporator and other components. The compressor is the core of the unit, and its purpose is to compress refrigerant to form high temperature and high pressure gas, which is sent to the condenser, cooled and condensed into liquid, and then sent to the evaporator through the throttling device. In the evaporator, the liquid refrigerant absorbs heat from the cold storage room and evaporates into gas. The gas is sent to the compressor again by the circulation of the refrigerant, and the cold medium of the refrigeration cycle is formed.
冷庫機組由壓縮機、冷凝器、蒸發(fā)器等組件組成。壓縮機是該機組的核心,其目的是將制冷劑壓縮成高溫高壓氣體,送入冷凝器冷卻凝結(jié)成液體,再經(jīng)節(jié)流裝置送入蒸發(fā)器。在蒸發(fā)器中,液體制冷劑吸取冷庫室的熱量蒸發(fā)成氣體,氣體又經(jīng)制冷循環(huán)而送回壓縮機,形成制冷循環(huán)的冷媒。
我公司主要生產(chǎn)銷售制冷機組,制冷風機,制冷鋁排。 制冷機組主要有全封閉一體制冷機組,全封箱式一體機組,本封閉制冷機組,半封閉箱式制冷機組。
制冷機組的工作原理:氣態(tài)的制冷劑轉(zhuǎn)化為液態(tài)的過程中產(chǎn)生大量的熱,經(jīng)冷凝器放熱后,接近室溫的制冷劑會通過銅管、膨脹閥達到蒸發(fā)器(冷風機),因為蒸發(fā)器的壓力較低,通過膨脹閥開始制冷劑開始沸騰,進而汽化,汽化過程中吸收大量的熱,使得蒸發(fā)器變冷,這樣蒸發(fā)器與空氣進行冷熱交換,通過不斷的循環(huán)因而實現(xiàn)制冷。
