發(fā)表于1994年《德國皮膚病學》雜志上的《熒光增白劑的毒理學性質(zhì)》一文中指出，即使是用含有熒光增白劑的紡織材料直接接觸傷口，也不會對傷口愈合產(chǎn)生不良影響，且不會對人體皮膚造成病理性變化。
（2）對生物鏈沒有影響
CBS是一種水溶性的熒光增白劑，被魚類食入后，不會滯留在生物組織和器官中。實驗室研究表明，魚類即便在高濃度CBS的條件下生活一段時間后，脫離這一環(huán)境兩天，CBS在魚類體內(nèi)也不會有蓄積。
基于對長期的生態(tài)學研究結(jié)果表明，CBS對環(huán)境沒有危害。
