這五個(gè)字，是三樣好吃的?，F(xiàn)在沒幾個(gè)人稀罕，但過去是寶，和新衣服、小鞭炮、橘子、蘋果、大魚大肉一樣，是小孩兒對大年的真正盼頭。
　　先說瓜子。我的童年，院子里除養(yǎng)著雞鴨豬羊，每年春天還要種上幾十棵葵花。不過，秋天打下瓜子，如果大人不放話，只能偷偷去涼房抓幾顆生的解饞，想炒一碗，得家里來了重要客人，才能跟著沾光。但有些瓜子不受限制，是可以隨便吃的，如西瓜子、大瓜子、葫蘆子、南瓜子，只要曬干了，不用請示，啥時(shí)候都可以炒。后來還時(shí)行過吃哈密瓜瓜子兒。
　　雖然小的有點(diǎn)兒捏不住，但嗑出的也是仁兒啊。我家院兒里的葵花因?yàn)槟艹陨洗蠹S、喝上洋井水，每年收成都不賴，總是滿滿兒一大鐵篩子。這些瓜子臘月底用大鐵鍋炒熟，正月里來了拜年的，一盤一盤端上，大家除了說笑、喝茶，就是嗑瓜子兒。小孩兒有意思，先在嘴里含塊兒，然后再一顆一顆嗑瓜子兒，啥都不誤。我喜歡聽很多人一起嗑瓜子兒。那聲音，清脆響亮，快慢有度，此起彼伏，實(shí)在是音樂的節(jié)奏，也實(shí)在是過年不能少的一種能讓人心情愉悅的好聲音。
　　五十歲以上的呼市人都有過在電影院門口買一毛錢一杯瓜子兒的經(jīng)歷。賣瓜子兒的老鄉(xiāng)蹲在地上，半口袋瓜子，一個(gè)小玻璃杯，一把毛票，就是整個(gè)買賣。后來老鄉(xiāng)學(xué)精了，先是把廣口杯換成了直筒杯，接著又把直筒杯換成了自制的薄紙殼杯，繼而生出了多賺錢的鬼點(diǎn)子，就是把紙杯靠近底部那一節(jié)架空，表面看杯子很大，實(shí)際有三分之一是假象。有年冬天我爸從廠里弄回家兩桶葵花籽，說是五七隊(duì)用機(jī)器炒熟的。我那時(shí)咋也想不通機(jī)器為啥能把瓜子兒炒熟，感覺非常神秘。謎底直到后在東瓦窯貨棧親眼看見滾筒炒瓜子兒時(shí)才被揭開。兩桶瓜子兒我們留了一桶，我和我姐用棍兒抬上給我二大爺送去一桶。那年春節(jié)，我們兩家的瓜子兒和其它人家相比，應(yīng)該是多的。
　　再說花生。前可不是家家都能吃上，除非你產(chǎn)地有親戚或朋友。計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期嗎，花生還沒被計(jì)劃到呼市來，所以有錢也找不見賣的。我姥爺為了能吃到花生，曾異想天開地在內(nèi)蒙醫(yī)院北墻外自家院子里試種過，可秋天挖出來曬干一看，殼里的花生仁兒因?yàn)闅夂虿贿m宜而欠長，小的比葵花仁兒大不了多少。后來就不種了。上世紀(jì)七十年代末吧，葵花子兒和殼花生終于被“計(jì)劃”到了呼市，但不在市場上，在糧站。雖然只是針對于春的“增供”品，可也足夠大人孩子滿心歡喜了。那時(shí)花生米依然，過年請人來家吃飯要是桌上有油炸花生米，盤子肯定個(gè)空。上世紀(jì)八十年代初，我爸去山東還是哪兒出差，順便買了一小麻袋花生米，大概是五十斤。當(dāng)時(shí)坐火車不好拿，就走郵局，地址寫的是乳品廠。結(jié)果，單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)以為東西是業(yè)務(wù)單位賄賂我爸的，居然還偷偷摸摸派人去搞了外調(diào)。
　　后說糖。這東西我家也不缺。平常我爸經(jīng)常到外地出差，每到一處，必買一斤當(dāng)?shù)靥枪?。但那時(shí)沒其它零食，家里孩子又多，所以每次吃糖，都得我媽給分，怕我們自己分不公平吵架。過年的時(shí)候，自己吃，來了客人也往上端，就得多買。我媽有辦法，五斤一包的北京雜拌兒糖捎回來，水果的、牛奶的、軟的、酥的、帶花生的， 每人總共能分到幾十塊兒，各保管各的，各吃各的;過小年兒要是買不上麻糖，我們就吃自己的牛奶糖，一樣粘嘴啊。至于“老公家”剩的那份兒，是留著招待來拜年的人，誰也別惦記　　我有個(gè)同學(xué)，她們家生活其實(shí)挺好，但過年時(shí)裝瓜子和糖的盤子卻鎖在柜里，來了客人端出來，客人走了再鎖起來。有一回出去送客，在大門外多說了幾句，結(jié)果一盤東西就被守在家里的幾個(gè)孩子給“哄搶”了。
　　從前過年，我們總盼著兩個(gè)上衣兜和兩個(gè)褲兜都能裝滿瓜子花生糖，可現(xiàn)在的孩子，想裝的，應(yīng)該是新潮手機(jī)和各種面額的票子吧。
